Having architected Salesforce solutions since 2008, and during this process observed repeated instances where custom extentions to the platform were hugely beneficial, in 2003, the founder of Apex Ninja embarked on a mission to produce a range of ready-made solutions. The goal was to accelerate the implementation processes and enhance some of Salesforce's critical functions.
